After Staying In The French Capital City He Worked As Professor At The Art Academy In Zagreb. In 1947 Ivan Mestrovic Went To The Usa. His Art Works Showed Influences Of The Vienna Secession And The French Expressionism. Furthermore They Have Characteristics Of The Renaissance Sculptures Made By Michelangelo. Ivan Mestrovic Also Used The Artistic Tradition Of His Home Country. He Died On January 16, 1962.
